This policy explains what data FreeDocumentTranslator ("we", "us") collects when you use freedocumenttranslator.com, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
1. Your documents
Files you upload are stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) only for as long as needed to translate them and let you download the result. Translated files are automatically deleted after 30 minutes on the Free plan and 5 hours on Pro/Max. You can also delete a translation immediately from the app. We never read your documents manually, never share or sell them, and never use them to train AI models.
2. Account information
Signing in with Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture. We use these to operate your account, track your plan limits, and contact you about your subscription. We do not send marketing email.
3. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Your card/UPI details go directly to Razorpay and never touch our servers; we store only your subscription status and plan.
4. Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, country, device type). Analytics data is not linked to your documents. We use cookies/local storage only for sign-in sessions, theme and language preferences, and analytics.
5. Processing partners
Translation runs on AWS services (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Translate, S3, Lambda) under AWS's data privacy terms. AWS does not use content processed by these services to improve its models for other customers.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing sakibdalal73@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, usage history and any stored files.
7. Changes
